With three games remaining the 2s secured promotion with an easy win over St James at the Manor.
Worthing won the toss and elected to field, which proved to be the correct decision at the visitors crumbled to 92 all out. Paul Westlake took 4 for 37, Shane Felton 3 for 31 and Mason Crane mopped up the tail with 3 for 7 off 4.2 overs.
The chase saw Worthing lose just 3 wickets but Tim Dunn used his years of experience in scoring 48 not out and was ably assisted by Alex Harris who hit 30.
