Another disappointing result as the side failed to give their bowlers enough runs to defend. Worthing batted first and scored 158 for 9, Lloyd Crathern top scoring with 38 and contributions from Jamie Carter (27), Matt Thorne (20) and Luke Barnes (22).
Storrington reached their target with just 4 wickets down, Kevin Punter taking 2 for 58 and Matt Thorne 2 for 33 on his return from a 4 year hiatus from the game.
Surely a win is only around the corner in what was always going to be a tough league for the 3rd XI.
