Three new players have committed themselves to Worthing CC for the coming season:
Michael Gould (formerly Preston Nomads) is the new 1st XI captain, and his vice-captain is Daryll Rebbetts.
Luke Vinter and Benn Challen join us from Littlehampton, Clapham & Patching where they were very successful.
I know that we all would like to welcome them and wish them the best of luck (hopefully they won't need it!).

Sponsored Walk News - money raised so far!
Just to keep you all updated, we have so far raised just over £1500 from the 10 mile walk in January which is a tremendous effort! The work should be done before the beginning of the cricket season, so we'll all be able to gaze at it in wonderment.

Sainsburys and Tesco Tokens
The packs arrived at my door this weekend, meaning that the tokens are coming out soon.
The club has benfitted hugely from our members collecting them over the years, so please continue and when the season starts hand them in to us so that we can improve our coaching equipment.
Sainsburys Active Kids vouchers are available from 9th February to 31st May in store and have to be counted and sent to Sainsburys by 22nd July 2011.
Tesco Sport for Schools and Clubs vouchers are available from 1st March and must be banked by 2nd July 2011.
Please contiue to show your support to the club by collecting the vouchers.
